Practical information
Appointments are made by telephone; if we are unable to answer you directly, you can leave a message.
Any appointment that you do not attend or that is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be subject to compensation that is not reimbursable by the health insurance company or the insurance company.
If 3 appointments are cancelled at the last minute or missed, the sessions will be stopped to make room for patients who are on the waiting list.
Patients are also required to pay the session fee at the end of each session.
